At times, appliances may not work - this includes TVs, internet, arcades, hot tub, kitchen appliances, Grill, HVAC system, etc. If this occurs host is not able to provide refunds due to circumstantial issues that are not fully in the hosts control. Lastly, exterior driveway of property has blink security camera at parking area to ensure safety of guest and property.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 20 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
