Individual items or decor in home from pictures are subject to change occasionally from time-to-time due to wear and tear, damages or removals. At times, appliances may not work - this may include TVs, theater/sound system, internet, hot tub, kitchen appliances, HVAC system, and city electricity etc. If this occurs host will not provide refunds due to circumstantial issues. Please note before booking. Lastly, exterior of property has blink security camera at parking area and front patio to ensure safety of guest and property.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 20 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 20 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
